Fear stops us from taking risks and since almost every change involves some risk, we tend to fear the change!

Change can be for good or worse, but our brain gets conditioned to associate this change with something negative, stopping us from many opportunities. 

Instead of focusing on fear, think logically, weigh the pros and cons and shift your focus towards the positive to welcome the change.
